As of March 2024, La Panetteria Ristorante is now exclusively owned and operated by Hector Playuk. Under his stewardship, the restaurant continues its commitment to delivering an authentic Italian-Argentinian dining experience that blends the rich heritage of both cultures.

Argentina’s culinary landscape, heavily influenced by Italian cuisine, showcases beloved staples such as pizza and pasta alongside the famous Argentine asado. Fernando and Hector, with their deep-rooted appreciation for homemade Italian fare, embarked on their entrepreneurial journey a decade ago. Their shared dream of owning a premier dining establishment took shape during their earlier careers in the Healthcare industry.
