Baked and Fried Milanesas
Baked Milanesas
1 -Arrange milanesas on a baking sheet.
2- Pre-heat the oven to 375 F
3- Bake for about 15-20 minutes on each side (Until Milanesas are Golden)
4- 6- Serve and enjoy!
Optional
– You can make a Napolitana version adding, Tomato Sauce, Slice of Ham, Mozzarella Cheese on top
– Add slices of tomato on top (Optional)
– Bake for another 5-7 minutes to until the cheese melts
– Serve and enjoy!
Note: If you purchased frozen milanesas, make sure you defrost them one hour (Approx) before cooking
Fried Milanesas
1- Heat oil into a large pan until 1/2 inch thick. (Medium Heat)
2- Once fully heated, carefully add one or two of the milanesas (Depending on the size of the pan)
3- Fry until golden, about 5 minutes on each side
4- Remove and transfer the milanesa/s to a towel-lined plate
5- Repeat the process with the remaining milanesas.
6- Serve and enjoy!
Note: If you purchased frozen milanesas, make sure you defrost them (Naturally, not microwave) one hour (Approx) before cooking
